Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, coconut flakes, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Pour the coconut mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, sprinkle toasted coconut on top before slicing into bars.
