- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, coconut flakes, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the coconut mixture over the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, sprinkle toasted coconut on top before slicing into bars.
