- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crust evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
