Description

This Classic Spinach & Feta Crustless Mushroom Quiche is a simple and delicious dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Then add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Stir in the chopped spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and lightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
