- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Then add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and lightly browned.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
