- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, milk, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooled, cut the cake into squares and dip each piece in a mixture of warm milk and melted chocolate, then roll in desiccated coconut.
