Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add melted butter, milk, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
