This Cinnamon Roll Poke Cake is a delicious and easy dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for about 15 minutes.
- Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with cinnamon and pour it over the warm cake.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread over the cake.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.
