Ingredients

  • 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out half of the cinnamon rolls and layer them in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Mix sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then layer them over the cinnamon roll base.
  4. Prepare cream cheese mixture by blending cream cheese, granulated sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the apple layer.
  6. Top with remaining cinnamon rolls, pinching them together to cover the dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
