- 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out half of the cinnamon rolls and layer them in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Mix sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then layer them over the cinnamon roll base.
- Prepare cream cheese mixture by blending cream cheese, granulated sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the apple layer.
- Top with remaining cinnamon rolls, pinching them together to cover the dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add caramel sauce drizzled on top before serving.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
