Ingredients

  • 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. Slice the cinnamon rolls into quarters and layer half in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts in a bowl, then spread half of this mixture over the cinnamon roll layer.
  5. Repeat with the remaining cinnamon rolls and apple mixture.
  6. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then spoon over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
