Instructions
- In a large mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add the oil, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute and 40 seconds, or until the brownie has risen and is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying directly from the mug.
