Description

This Chocolate Lasagna is a delectable no-bake dessert that layers creamy cheesecake, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping for an indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 2 packages chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thick.
  6. Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
