- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tub whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
- 2 packages chocolate instant pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thick.
- Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
