- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

- Add the softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and coconut milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
