- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate, melted
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Add sour cream and melted chocolate; mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
