- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced turkey, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly to form a log.
- Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
- This stromboli can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
