- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 3 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey, and crumbled bacon.
- Add ranch seasoning, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in cooked pasta, green onions, and diced bell pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
