Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked ramen noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until tender.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles, turkey bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
