- 2 cups cooked ramen noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until tender.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles, turkey bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
