- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish, followed by the Bisquick mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use low-fat milk and a low-sodium cream of chicken soup.
- Feel free to add different vegetables or seasonings to suit your taste.
