Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish, followed by the Bisquick mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For a healthier option, use low-fat milk and a low-sodium cream of chicken soup.
