This Chicken & Noodles Crock Pot recipe is the perfect easy comfort food for everyone. With tender chicken and hearty noodles, it’s a family favorite!


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chopped onion and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken and return it to the pot.
  5. Add egg noodles and frozen peas, then stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, sauté the onion before adding it to the slow cooker.
