- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Push the bacon to the side and add the beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cooked rice. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add garlic and ginger.
- Use leftover rice for better texture.
