Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Push the bacon to the side and add the beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cooked rice. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
