- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1½ cups diced cooked ham
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1½ cups crushed buttery crackers
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, ham, cheese, soup, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Try Gruyère or mozzarella instead of Swiss.
- Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra vegetables.
- Can be assembled a day ahead and baked later.
