- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chicken ham, Swiss cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture down the center of the dough.
- Cut slits on both sides of the dough and fold them over the filling, creating a braid.
- Brush the braid with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
