- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Take a biscuit and flatten it in your hands, then place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch it closed, forming a ball.
- In a bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll each cherry bomb in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, let them cool slightly, then drizzle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla extract and a little water.
Notes
