Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  3. Take a biscuit and flatten it in your hands, then place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center.
  4. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch it closed, forming a ball.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll each cherry bomb in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Once baked, let them cool slightly, then drizzle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla extract and a little water.
