Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
  4. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Arrange the stuffed shells over the sauce.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
