A deliciously comforting stuffed baguette filled with cheesy spinach, artichokes, and mushrooms.

- 1 large baguette
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, cooked mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread to make room for the filling.
- Fill the baguette with the cheesy mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- You can use frozen spinach if fresh is unavailable.
