Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Split the hoagie rolls and fill each with the shrimp mixture.
