- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Split the hoagie rolls and fill each with the shrimp mixture.
- Place the filled rolls on a baking tray and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
