- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form triangles and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños to the filling.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
