Description

These Cheesy Shrimp Puff Pastry Rolls are a delightful combination of flaky pastry and cheesy shrimp filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling to form triangles and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
