- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp is opaque.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on each empanada dough circle.
- Fold and seal the edges, then brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro to the filling.
