Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish. Layer half the potatoes in the dish.
  3. Sprinkle half the turkey bacon and half the cheddar cheese over the potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour half of this mixture over the layered potatoes.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
