- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chopped cabbage and cook until softened.
- Mix in heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and the turkey bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
