- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchinis, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into the dish.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
