- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain the excess fat and stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the macaroni, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot.

- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
