- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead until smooth.
- Cover dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm spot.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough, roll it into small balls, and stuff with mozzarella cheese.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
