- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cheddar cheese.
- Fold in half of the crispy fried onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions and drop spoonfuls over the green bean mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Sprinkle the remaining crispy fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
