- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with additional caramel sauce and whipped cream on top for extra indulgence.
