Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add softened butter, egg, and wine to the dry ingredients. Knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into circles.
