- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped

- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add the diced chicken and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked.
