- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yogurt and the yeast mixture, and knead to form a soft dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into flat discs.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for about 2 minutes on each side.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and cilantro. Brush this mixture over the hot naan before serving.
