Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle with half the caramel sauce and sprinkle with Butterfinger pieces. Repeat layering with remaining mixture, caramel, and Butterfingers.
  5. Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve with extra caramel sauce and crushed Butterfinger on top.

Notes

  • For an extra crunchy texture, add more Butterfinger pieces to the topping.
  • Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter.
