- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle with half the caramel sauce and sprinkle with Butterfinger pieces. Repeat layering with remaining mixture, caramel, and Butterfingers.
- Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with extra caramel sauce and crushed Butterfinger on top.
Notes
- For an extra crunchy texture, add more Butterfinger pieces to the topping.
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter.
