- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup Butterfinger candies, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and swirl in the caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped Butterfinger candies on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set. Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- For an extra caramel touch, drizzle more caramel sauce on top before serving.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the mixture.
