Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg, mixing until well blended.
- Pour the brownie mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream and flour until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie layer.
- Bake for an additional 50-60 minutes until the center is just set.
- Let cool completely before removing from the pan.
