Description

These Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers are the perfect combination of sweet and spicy, featuring creamy brie, tart blueberries, and crispy turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the brie cheese and blueberries until well combined.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the brie and blueberry mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place the jalapeño poppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a milder version, remove all the seeds and membranes of the jalapeños.
  • Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
