- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 6 ounces turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the brie cheese and blueberries until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the brie and blueberry mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the jalapeño poppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a milder version, remove all the seeds and membranes of the jalapeños.
- Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
