Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
