Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. Prepare the gravy by whisking flour into the bacon grease, slowly adding milk until thickened.
  4. Cut the biscuits into pieces and layer them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the gravy mixture over the biscuits and top with crumbled bacon and cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
