- 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, peas, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
