Ingredients

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
  3. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
