- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the flank steak flat and spread the mixture evenly on top.
- Roll the steak tightly from one end to the other and secure with kitchen twine.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the rolled beef on all sides.
- Transfer the seared beef to a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
