- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Combine the spaghetti with the sauce and toss well.
- Serve the pasta topped with Bolognese sauce.
