- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups banana pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Fold in the banana extract.
- Combine the cheesecake mixture with the pudding mixture. Pour over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with sliced bananas and whipped topping.
