- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 large eggs
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 box banana pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges begin to crack.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until peaks form, then spread over the cooled cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
