  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 4 large eggs
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 box banana pudding mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges begin to crack.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
