- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, oats, honey, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bananas and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.

- These donuts can be enjoyed fresh or can be stored for later.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
