Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, oats, honey, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bananas and mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.
