- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, bell pepper, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cream to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Place the shrimp in a greased baking dish and spoon the stuffing over the shrimp.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
