Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until tender.
  3. Add spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the mushroom and spinach mixture, followed by shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
